Securely pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
