What is the average shipping time for Kiwi eRide orders?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, while international shipping may take 10-15 business days.
Do your electric scooters and bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our electric vehicles come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty that covers the battery, motor, and frame against defects.
What is your return policy for change-of-mind purchases?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Are the e-rides water-resistant?
Most of our products have an IP54 or higher water-resistance rating, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend riding through deep puddles or heavy downpours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and flexible interest-free installment plans through Afterpay and Laybuy.
Do I need a special license to ride your electric bikes?
In most regions, our e-bikes are classified as standard bicycles and do not require a license. However, we always recommend checking your local state or council regulations before riding.
